This privacy notice details the rules governing the processing of data received through the contact form on the website, as well as data processed in the course of marketing activities.

When you send us a message using the form on our website, we process the following data:

  • Data Processed: Name, Company Name, Current Website, Email Address, Phone Number, Message Text.
  • Purpose of data processing: Responding to messages you have sent, making business proposals, and maintaining professional contacts.
  • Legal basis for data processing: Your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you provide by checking the box at the bottom of the form.

B) Newsletter Subscription

If you also check the box provided for this purpose („I would like to receive the newsletter”):

  • Data Processed: Name, Email Address.
  • Purpose of data processing: Sending newsletters with marketing content, promotional offers, professional articles, and business inquiries.
  • Legal basis for data processing: Your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

C) Security Data (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To filter out malicious bots, automated spam, and brute-force attacks, the website uses Cloudflare Turnstile technology to protect its forms.

  • Data Processed: Telemetry data, IP address, browser information (in a form that cannot be used to identify individuals).
  • Legal basis: The Data Controller’s legitimate interest in maintaining the security, integrity, and stability of the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

3. Duration of Data Processing

  • Contact Information: We store the correspondence for up to 1 year after it concludes, unless the correspondence leads to a contractual or business relationship (in which case, according to the Accounting Act, the data must be retained for 8 years).
  • Newsletter information: Until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe). You can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by email.

If your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, www.naih.hu), or you may bring the matter before a court.
